AIYI’s story began with a long-term commitment to material science and innovation.

In 1987, AIYI founder Mr. Zhang Quanli graduated with a degree in chemistry. After working as a teacher and school administrator, he chose to begin a new chapter in the manufacturing industry, starting from the production floor of a foreign-invested enterprise.

Drawing on his academic background in chemistry and years of hands-on manufacturing experience（In 2006）, he systematically studied foam formulation, foaming processes, equipment maintenance, and material applications. Over time, he became a highly experienced specialist in foam technology.

After more than a decade of technical development and research, Mr. Zhang and his business partner, Mr. Liang Daye, established their first foam manufacturing facility and pioneered the specialized application of foam materials for lingerie.

With consistent product quality, strict manufacturing standards, and continuous technological innovation, the factory became a designated supplier to more than 30% of lingerie brands worldwide.

This experience in producing materials designed for close contact with the human body shaped the principles AIYI still follows today:

Building on decades of foam expertise, AIYI later expanded into mattresses, pillows, and sleep products. We established a dedicated R&D center to develop memory foam, support materials, and comfort solutions for different markets and applications.

Today, AIYI combines material innovation with dependable manufacturing to provide mattress, pillow, and upholstered sleep-product OEM and ODM solutions for global brands, importers, retailers, and project buyers.
